Programme

Day 1

Learn the tools

The team learns to work with AI agents from the ground up. The day runs on a prepared repository in the cloud.

Models, harnesses and the agent loop: how an agent works and where it fails

Instruction files and skills: configuring an agent for a codebase

Connectors, MCP, codebase indexing and running agents in parallel

Permissions, prompt injection and when to sandbox

Each group builds a skill and reviews the code the agent produced

A room of developers at a workshop session

Day 2

Apply it to your codebase

Groups take tickets we select with your tech lead in advance and solve them with agents on your own repository.

Context engineering: agents configured for your stack and standards

Research → Plan → Implement on real backlog tickets

Groups solve tickets in your own codebase

A connector to one of your internal tools or APIs

Demo and retrospective: results, and where agents pay off next

Two developers working together at one screen

Day 3

Scale it across the team

The day moves from individual workflows to one shared setup. By the end you have the first components of an agentic harness and a roadmap for the rest.

Harness theory and a joint discussion of agents across the pipeline

Presentation: one harness, end to end

Hands-on: build the harness and the tooling around it

Demo session: results and findings from each group

Close: next steps for your agentic development

A full room during a hands-on workshop block

Works with all major agents

The methods work the same in all of them. Bring the tool your team already uses, or let us help you choose.

Taught by engineers using it daily

We build and operate agentic systems in production for Danish clients, and we teach from that work. Both of us are on the floor during every hands-on block.

We teach what we use

The methods come from the production systems we build and run for clients, most recently an AI agent built into PDC StaffPlan's own planning software.

What participants said

We were exploring AI, but at different speeds. With shared ground rules, we avoid a messy codebase, making collaboration significantly easier.
Troels Anker JørgensenHead of Development, PDC StaffPlan
The workshop met us at our level instead of being a generic package. We have become more efficient, and we should have done this sooner.
Lars HøgstedDevelopment Consultant, Greenwood Engineering
I was worried the day would be spent on PowerPoints and theory. But we spent the vast majority of the time putting the concepts into practice.
Johannes SpurkelandSoftware Developer, PDC A/S

For day one, bring a laptop. It runs in the cloud from a repository we provide, so there is nothing to install and we supply the keys. Before day two we send an access checklist and pick the tickets together with your tech lead.

Yes. Groups of two or three, mixed by level, with two instructors on the floor for five to fifteen people. Seniors go deeper on the same exercise, and the pairing is where most of the learning happens.

Day one runs entirely on a public repository we provide. Day two runs on your codebase with your own keys, so we agree access, secrets and environment with your tech lead in advance.

Day one runs on keys we provide. Day two and three run on your own licences, so the setup your team leaves with is the one they keep working with.

Yes. Most teams book two. If you start with one, the later days pick up where it ended and you pay the difference.

Day one needs little notice. Day two needs a few weeks, so we can prepare the tickets with your tech lead.
