What we collect and why
We only process personal data that you actively provide or that is strictly necessary to run the website.
- Enquiries: when you submit the contact form, we process your name, email, phone number, company (optional) and the details of your enquiry, so we can reply and prepare for a possible collaboration. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your enquiry.
- Website statistics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Legal basis
We process enquiries on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you and taking steps prior to an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)).
Statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- EmailJS - delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Hetzner - provides the German data centre the website runs on.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
The website and its statistics run on our own server in Germany, so that data stays inside the EU/EEA. EmailJS processes contact-form submissions outside the EU/EEA, and that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last correspondence, unless a collaboration means we need to keep them longer for accounting or contractual reasons. Aggregated statistics contain no personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict or object to our processing,
- receive your data in a portable format, and
- withdraw any consent at any time.
Complaints
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

This website does not use cookies. See our cookie policy for details.
